Join Midpen partner, Bay Area Older Adults, for a peaceful journey through four miles of the Picchetti Ranch Preserve.
Attendees will walk on shady trails lush with ferns, large Oak and California Bay trees and Madrones, which lead to views of Stevens Creek Reservoir and the hillside to the east. After passing an old Apricot, Plum, and Pear orchard and a petite pond, participants reach the winery where will eat a leisurely lunch at the historic Picchetti estate before our gradual two mile downhill return trip.
Picnic lunch is included. Wine tasting is optional.

Where to Meet
Meet at the preserve parking lot on Montebello Road. From the intersection of I-280 and Foothill Expressway, go 3.5 miles southwest (toward the mountains) on Foothill Boulevard/Stevens Canyon Road. Turn right on Montebello Rd. The preserve is 0.5 miles up Montebello Rd. on the left.
