The last few years California has been plagued with extreme weather — ranging from drought and high temperatures to this year’s record rainfall. The stormy weather and heavy rains left debris that littered roads and trails. This winter, Midpen crews stayed very busy working tirelessly to clear damaged areas with axes and chainsaws and to remove trees and heavy limbs blocking trails, keeping the preserves and trails most affected safe and accessible!
