January is unofficially Fungus Appreciation Month at Midpen. Volunteer docents are offering three different fungi exploration activities, from Fungal Fun (Purisima Creek Redwoods, 1/10) and Pond-to-Pond: Winter Fungi (Skyline Ridge, 1/23) to Fungi Forms and Structures (Purisima Creek Redwoods, 1/23, by reservation). These are all great ways to learn more about the fungus among us!
