Join Docent Naturalists An Scharlaken, Jim McNulty, and Annette Herz for a yoga experience in nature. You will take a leisurely-paced hike to Sausal Pond where you'll do standing stretches and then walk to an area under majestic oak trees where you’ll have a 30-minute standing yoga session. These stretches are designed for any level: easy, slowly paced, and with focus on breathing. You are encouraged to bring a pad to sit on for the meditation. (Note: The area for yoga is soil. Due to the meditative component, this activity is for participants over the age of 16.)
The Lower Windy Hill Parking Area at the lower portion of the preserve is located on Portola Road. Please note: This parking lot fills quickly. Please do not park on Portola Road: parking is strictly enforced.
