Qigong is an Eastern medicine movement practice of engaging your life force energy to improve health, reduce stress, and increase vitality and longevity. After a leisurely-paced walk on the Spring Ridge and Betsy Crowder trails, Docent Naturalists Catherine Crawford-Swent, Ann McCarty, and Bobbie Riedel will guide you in a 40-minute practice of winter-themed Qigong focused on the water element under the shade of oak trees along the creek. No prior experience needed. Wear or bring along flexible shoes, an open mind, and an open heart.

Where to Meet

The Lower Windy Hill Parking Area at the lower portion of the preserve is located on Portola Road. Please note: This parking lot fills quickly. Please do not park on Portola Road: parking is strictly enforced.
