Trail Treks, scheduled on the fourth Thursday, provide exercise-focused hikes and opportunities to discover Midpen's beautiful preserves.

Join Docent Naturalists Nick Yatsko, Bobbie Riedel, and Nancy Weintraub for a moderately-paced trek up and back along the Spring Ridge Trail and finish on the Betsy Crowder Trail. This outing involves a climb with at least 600 feet of elevation gain and lovely views rewarding you for your effort.

Where to Meet

The Lower Windy Hill Parking Area at the lower portion of the preserve is located on Portola Road. Please note: This parking lot fills quickly. Please do not park on Portola Road: parking is strictly enforced.
