Trail Treks, scheduled on the fourth Thursday, provide exercise-focused hikes and opportunities to discover Midpen's beautiful preserves.

Join Docent Naturalists Nick Yatsko, Bobbie Riedel, and Nancy Weintraub for a moderately-paced trek out and back along Hamms Gulch Trail. Highlights include wildflowers and great views. Bring a snack for brief stop before venturing back to the parking area.

Where to Meet

The Lower Windy Hill Parking Area at the lower portion of the preserve is located on Portola Road. Please note: This parking lot fills quickly. Please do not park on Portola Road: parking is strictly enforced.
