Enjoy a moderately-paced, morning hike with Docent Naturalists Liz F. and Jennifer Anthony to explore signs of winter. You’ll encounter a variety of trees, bushes with berries, and dusky-footed woodrat nests as you enjoy several parts of the preserve, including the Dick Bishop and Blue Oak trails. Depending on recent rainfall, there may also be observation of fungi. At the top of the ridge is a spectacular view of the surrounding hills and the bay. (Note: This hike includes several hills and uneven terrain.) No dogs please.
