Explore signs that early spring has arrived with Docent Naturalists Liz F. and Lyle Rice. You’ll view spring wildflowers and new growth on bushes and trees. While hiking along the Blue Oak and Dick Bishop trails and climbing hills, you’ll take in the views from the top of the ridge on this moderately-paced loop outing with an elevation gain of about 600 feet.

Where to Meet

Meet at the Pulgas Ridge Parking Area on Edmonds Rd. From I-280, exit Edgewood Road.  Drive 0.75 miles on Edgewood Rd. toward San Carlos/Redwood City. Turn left (north) on Crestview Drive, then immediately turn left on Edmonds Road. Follow Edmonds Rd. to the preserve parking lot entrance on the right.
