Qi Gong is an Eastern medicine movement practice of engaging your life force energy to improve health, reduce stress, and increase vitality and longevity. Docent Naturalists Catherine Crawford-Swent, Marie Faust Evitt, and Ann McCarty will guide you in a 40-minute practice Qi Gong under the shade of oak trees in a creekside meadow after a leisurely-paced walk on the Spring Ridge and Betsy Crowder trails. No prior experience needed. Wear or bring along flexible shoes, an open mind, and an open heart.
