You are nature, and immersing yourself in the natural world is like coming home. Join Docent Naturalists Catherine Crawford-Swent and Marie Faust Evitt for a moderately-paced hike through grassland, mixed-oak forest, and riparian habitat. You’ll stop intermittently to do qi gong movements led by Crawford-Swent, including the "Five Animal Frolics,” "Deer Walking," "Flying," and "Dancing with the Trees.” Qi gong can help invigorate your life force energy, increase physical vitality, reduce stress, and lead you on a path toward longevity. Bring a snack for a short break.
