Enjoy learning some lichen basics on this moderately-paced 4.5 mile hike with Docent Naturalists Kate Gudmundson, Mary Brunkhorst, and Sabra Abraham. You'll gain about 500 feet of elevation as you hike a loop on the Saratoga Gap and Achistaca Trails while looking for lichens and learn to identify several of the most common ones.
