Consideration of a purchase of the Lobitos Creek conservation and public trail easement as an addition to Purisima Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve in unincorporated San Mateo County a portion of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 066-320-160.  Staff presentation and recommendations

b) Public comment
c) Committee discussion and consideration of staff’s recommendation to recommend Board approval of the Lobitos Creek conservation easement purchase for the proposed price of $150,000.
