ADOPTION OF AGENDA

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
The Committee Chair will invite public comment on items not the agenda.  Each speaker will ordinarily be limited to three minutes; however, the Brown Act (Open Meeting Law) does not allow action by the Committee on any item not on the agenda. If you wish to address the Committee, please complete a speaker card and give it to the District Clerk. Individuals are limited to one appearance during this section.

COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. Approve  March 20, 2018 Planning and Natural Resources Committee Minutes

2. Update to the Resource Management Policies, Water Resources Section (R-18-35)

Acting General Manager’s Recommendation:
1. Direct the Acting General Manager to review the proposed revisions, with any changes as requested by the Committee, with key stakeholders.
2. Forward the policy updates to the full Board for consideration and approval.
