1. Grant Awards for the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Grantmaking Program (R-19-71)
Staff Contact: Melanie Askay, Grants Program Manager
General Manager’s Recommendation: Forward the recommended list of grant applicants and amounts for award under the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Grantmaking Program to the Board of Directors for approval.
2. Potential Mitigation Funding from the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission for the Ravenswood Bay Trail Project and potentially other District Projects (R-19-72)

General Manager’s Recommendation: Provide Committee feedback on level of interest in the General Manager continuing conversations with the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission about the potential to receive mitigation funding and request any additional information to gather prior to bringing this item back for a Committee action.
3. 2019 State of California Legislative Session – Briefing on Matters of Interest to Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (R-19-73)

General Manager’s Recommendation: Receive and discuss updates on the 2019 State of California Legislative Session from legislative consultants, Public Policy Advocates LLC., and Environmental and Energy Consulting.
