Public comment on items not on the agenda.  Each speaker will ordinarily be limited to three minutes; however, the Brown Act (Open Meeting Law) does not allow action by the Bond Oversight Committee on items not on the agenda. If you wish to address the Committee, please complete a speaker card and give it to the Deputy District Clerk. Individuals are limited to one appearance during this section.

1. Approve February 7, 2019 Measure AA Bond Oversight Committee Minutes

2. Invoice Cover Sheet Format

Staff Contact: Stefan Jaskulak, Chief Financial Officer/Director of Administrative Services
General Manager’s Recommendation:  Review and provide feedback on the Invoice Cover Sheet for inclusion in the Agreed-Upon Procedures for the review of Measure AA expenditures.

3. Draft of Annual Bond Oversight Committee Report to the Board of Directors for the review period from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018

General Manager’s Recommendation:  Review the draft report for the Bond Oversight Committee to finalize and present to the Board of Directors on April 10, 2019.
