For members of the public who would like to attend this meeting, District vehicles will depart at 10:00AM from Midpen’s Administrative Office located at 330 Distel Circle, Los Altos, CA 94022. The District vehicles will travel to El Corte de Madera Creek Open Space Preserve and Bear Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve, including areas currently closed to the public, for the tour and presentation. Seats in the District vehicles are limited; it will be first come, first served. Please RSVP to Loana Lumina at 650-691-1200 by 12:30p.m. Wednesday, October 23, 2019, so that the District may arrange sufficient transportation between locations.

The Bond Oversight Committee (Committee) will be driving to project sites at Oljon Trail in El Corte de Madera Creek Open Space Preserve and Bear Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve.  The Committee will be receiving a presentation from staff regarding the types of projects completed and planned by the District.  The tour will take place between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.  The sites are listed below and any stops are noted as such.

10:00 Meet at the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District Administration Office. The group will drive to El Corte de Madera Creek Open Space Preserve: takes approximately 45 minutes.

11:00 District Vehicles arrive at El Corte de Madera Creek Open Space Preserve
  - Walking Tour of Oljon Trail

12:00 Depart and drive to Windy Hill Open Space Preserve

12:15 Arrival at Windy Hill Open Space Preserve
  - Receive presentation on Alpine Road, Coal Creek Open Space Preserve

1:00 Depart and drive to Bear Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve

1:45 Arrival at Bear Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve
  - Tour of Upper Lake Loop Trail, Parking Lot, Alma College

3:00 ADJOURNMENT
  Return to Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District Administrative Office in District vehicles. Approximately 45 minute drive time.
