ADOPTION OF AGENDA

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
The Committee Chair will invite public comment on items not on the agenda.  Each speaker will ordinarily be limited to three minutes; however, the Brown Act (Open Meeting Law) does not allow action by the Committee on any item not on the agenda. If you wish to address the Committee, please complete a speaker card and give it to the District Clerk. Individuals are limited to one appearance during this section.

1. Approve the May 1, 2018 Action Plan & Budget Committee Minutes
2. Saratoga-to-the-Sea Trail Partnership Agreement between the City of Saratoga and the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (R-18-51)

Staff Contact: Tina Hugg, Senior Planner, Planning Department
Acting General Manager’s Recommendation: Review and confirm the terms of the proposed Partnership Agreement and forward to the full Board of Directors.

3. New Board Policy 3.01 – Banking Relationship Management Policy, and Annual Review of Finance Policies for 2018 (R-18-55)

Staff Contact: Andrew Taylor, Finance Manager and Disclosure Coordinator
Acting General Manager’s Recommendation: Review, confirm, and forward the proposed new Board Policy 3.01 – Banking Relationship Management Policy and minor finance policy updates to the full Board for their annual review.
