The Bond Oversight Committee (Committee) will be driving to project sites at Cooley Landing at Ravenswood Open Space Preserve and Bear Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve. The Committee will be receiving a presentation from staff regarding the types of projects completed and planned by the District. The tour will take place between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm. The sites are listed below and any stops are noted as such.

For members of the public who would like to attend this meeting, District vehicles will depart at 10:00AM from Midpen’s Administrative Office located at 330 Distel Circle, Los Altos, CA 94022. The District vehicles will travel to Ravenswood Open Space Preserve and Bear Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve, including areas currently closed to the public, for the tour and presentation. Seats in the District vehicles are limited; it will be first come, first served. All attendees are required to have Personal Protective Equipment including hard hats, safety glasses, safety vests, long sleeved shirts, long pants (jeans preferred), and closed toe shoes. Please RSVP to Loana Rich at 650-691-1200 by 12:30p.m. Wednesday, October 24, 2018, so that the District may arrange sufficient transportation between locations.

The group will drive to Ravenswood Open Space Preserve – Cooley Landing: takes approximately 30 minutes.

10:45      District vehicles arrive at Ravenswood Open Space Preserve
- Tour of Cooley Landing

11:40      District vehicles depart and drive to Bear Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve

1:00       Arrival at Bear Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve
- Tour of Alma College Parking Lot, Trails, and Mud Lake

2:15       ADJOURNMENT

Return to Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District Administrative Office in District vehicles (45 minute drive time)
