Join the District staff in removing invasive yellow starthistle at Los Trancos OSP. This is a great project for beginners interested in restoration work and resource management. Staff will provide training on plant identification and removal.

We will shuttle to the project location so volunteers must arrive on time and be able to stay for the entire project. Volunteers under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian present with them for the duration of the project.    

Reservations for this project will open May 01, 2019.                          

Where to Meet: 

Check confirmation email for pdf attachment with project details, directions to meeting location, and instructions for what to do in the event of rain. If there is no pdf attachment, project details will be provided at least a week before the event.
