The District's newsletter Open Space Views features information on District preserves, upcoming activities such as public events and workshops, and much more. The schedule of docent-led Outdoor Activities, which includes hikes and mountain bike and equestrian rides, is also included and mailed with the print version.

The newsletter is offered free of charge and is published quarterly. Although production times are subject to change, the issues are usually available: spring (March), summer (June), fall (September), winter (December).
