Community Event
Come celebrate Midpen’s 50th Anniversary of public open space preservation, protection, restoration, access and education. This free-admission family festival at Ravenswood Preserve and Cooley Landing of East Palo Alto is fun for nature lovers of all ages. Explore the Bay Trail through a Discovery Journey walk and scavenger hunt stopping along the route to talk with naturalists at educational stations.

All event parking is offsite at Ravenswood Family Health Center (1885 Bay Rd, East Palo Alto, CA 94303) and EPACENTER (2480 Pulgas Ave, East Palo Alto, CA 94303). Complimentary shuttle service will take guests to Cooley Landing or it is a short 10-minute walk.

Join our partner, Grassroots Ecology, before the festival begins for a community restoration volunteer project from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Cooley Landing. You can find out more and register on their Eventbrite registration page.
Because of the sensitive habitat at Ravenswood Preserve dogs are not allowed at this event.
