Minutes are not usually available until two to three weeks after a Board meeting. Please note that formal meeting minutes are not taken at Committee meetings or some Special meetings of the Board (i.e. public workshops). NA indicates that there were no minutes taken for that meeting. If the MINUTES field is blank, the minutes have not yet been approved by the Board.
